Maine Instrument Flight operates 24 hours a day, with regular staffing from 0700 to 1800 EST. If you plan to arrive outside of these hours, please call ahead so we can ensure a team member is available to assist you. To schedule after-hours service, contact our main office.

AIRCRAFT & SERVICE FEES.

Maine Instrument Flight provides a wide variety of products and services including refueling, oil, de-icing, and catering. The staff pride themselves on providing quality customer service and exceptional value. We pride ourselves on going “Above and Beyond” for our customers and treating them like family. Our first-class amenities ensure that crew and passengers have an enjoyable visit in Augusta, whether they fly a Cessna 152 or a Boeing 757.

Light Twin

Light Twin Landing Fee: $10.00 per arrival — affordable access with professional service for your twin-engine aircraft.

Heavy Twin

Heavy Twin Landing Fee: $15.00 per arrival — reliable service and spacious ramp access for larger twin-engine aircraft.

Turboprop & Small Jets

Landing Fee of $25.00 per arrival & a 
Ramp Fee of $60.00 per day with full-service ground support and crew amenities.

Mid & Large Jets

Landing Fee of $25.00 per arrival & a 
Ramp Fee of $120.00 per day with full-service ground support and crew amenities.

Hangar Space.

We offer premium heated hangar space to accommodate a variety of aircraft sizes and operational needs. Our two corporate hangars—a spacious 100×100 and a 75×75 facility—are available with pricing based on aircraft type. For smaller aircraft, we also have T-hangars and convenient ramp tiedowns available at just $18 per day.

All hangar options can be reserved on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis, providing flexibility for transient visitors and long-term tenants alike. Whether you need short-term protection from Maine’s weather or a secure home for your aircraft, our heated facilities and professional service ensure your investment is always well cared for.

FBO AMENITIES.

Our full-service FBO is designed with pilots and passengers in mind, offering everything you need for a comfortable and efficient stopover. Enjoy professional aircraft catering, a dedicated flight planning area with high-speed internet, and WIFI access throughout our facility and ramp.

We provide complimentary coffee, ice, fax, and copy services, as well as pilot supplies, sectional and IFR charts, and local maps and area information for exploring Maine. For your convenience, we also offer dishwashing services ($25 fee) and an executive conference room—perfect for preflight briefings or on-site business meetings. Whether you’re passing through or planning a longer stay, our FBO delivers the professional service and comfort you deserve.

 Maine Instrument Flight is a 24-hour facility; however, normal staffing hours are from 0700-1800 EST daily.  If your plans require operations outside of those times, please call ahead to ensure one of our friendly employees is here to greet and assist you promptly and efficiently.  To schedule an after hours request, please call our main office.
