Maine Instrument Flight has two rooms in our administrative building that may be just what you need!

We are centrally located on the Augusta State Airport, at the top of Winthrop Hill.

Quality food for your event can be catered directly into your room.

We offer state-of-the-art facilities – boardroom meeting style for up to 15, classroom seating for about 30, or theatre seating for 42. We have a wireless network plus our rooms are equipped with data jacks. We can provide audio-visual equipment, too, including a TV/DVD/VCR, an overhead projector and screen, and an easel/flip chart holder.

We are fully ADA accessible.

Available days and evenings with plenty of safe parking and a friendly and helpful staff.
